Orders will be shipped after satisfactory credit arrangements have been made during checkout. Orders may also be shipped C.O.D. upon request; however an additional fee will apply.

Processing

Monday- Thursday - 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Friday - 8:00am- 4:00pm EST

All orders placed before 4:30pm Monday- Thursday, and before 3:30pm on Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number shipped via UPS. This information will be sent to the email address supplied by the customer. It will be emailed the day the order is shipped. To track your order, please go to: http://www.UPS.com and click on the Tracking tab.

Dimensional weight is used to calculate the cost of shipping on ground packages and all Next-day or Second-day air packages. We use UPS for the majority of our shipments, and these new guidelines became effective January 1, 2007. Example: A package weighing 10lbs could cost you a 30lb rate because of its dimensions. This is all based on the size of the box that we have to pack your order in. Your shipping amount will be calculated using this method and will be provided upon checkout. Oversize shipments will charged an additional shipping fee after verification has been made with the customer by email or phone. Factory drop ship orders will be subject to the manufacturer's policy and an additional fee may apply. Please contact us if you have any questions or need clarification about these fees.

All special orders are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufacturer. No returns accepted on special order parts.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Contact us by phone or email prior to return.

Warranty claims must be made before the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it has been determined the part is defective we will either replace it or send you a refund. No refunds will be given on shipping charges.
